Janelle Janelle A. DiMichele, LCSW
MSW, University of Illinois, 1997, Founder of the practice.

Janelle believes that each client has the unique ability to work through their issues and find productive solutions. Janelle’s empathetic approach, combined with her desire to be interactive and offer honest feedback to her clients helps them achieve emotional stability and make confident decisions. She is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and has additional interests in working with people who are facing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, low self-esteem, loss, sexual abuse, adoption, infertility and relationship issues. Annie Annie Wallace Hudson, LCSW
MSW, Hunter College, 1989

Annie brings extensive experience, having worked as a therapist,trainer and consultant in New York, California and Chicago. She is a compassionate, creative clinician who helps individuals and groups enhance interpersonal skills, build confidence, and overcome the emotional scars of domestic violence and sexual assault. Annie also enjoys working with people to better manage anger, anxiety and stress. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and several stress reduction techniques. Evan Evan Lerman, LCSW

Evan’s clients value his engaging and thoughtful approach to difficult issues. Having been in private practice for many years, Evan enjoys working with clients of all ages and focuses on children, adolescents, resistant clients and their families. Using a wide range of therapy models, Evan offers his clients a variety of tools to help them cope with many of life’s challenges. Barbara Acker, LCSW
MSW, Loyola University, 1999, MS, National-Louis University, 1995

Barbara enjoys working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals for healing and change. She works with compassion and creativity to provide clients with concrete tools to support them in areas where they feel vulnerable or are struggling. Barbara has special training in the areas of marital relationships or partnerships, play therapy with young children, and adoption. She also enjoys working with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety and stress.

Lindsey L. Riggin, LCSW
MSW, Loyola University of Chicago, 2006

Lindsey’s goal as a therapist is to provide her clients with a safe and supportive environment to explore their current situation and address areas of concern. Since each client’s experience is unique, Lindsey works with her clients to develop their personal goals.  Her expertise is in the areas of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief & loss, and life transitions.  In addition, Lindsey has a solid background addressing the specific issues affecting today’s adolescents and holds a State of Illinois Certification in Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling.
